IBA Annual Conference 2025

Patrick Schleiffer will participate in a panel presented by the Securities and Capital Markets Committee (SCMC) of the International Bar Association (IBA) on disclosure rules in stake-building and mandatory tender offers at the annual conference of the IBA in November 2025 in Toronto.

The panel will inter alia discuss thresholds and requirements diverge per jurisdiction, and also present and discuss the key findings of the 2025 survey conducted by the SCMC on stake-building disclosure and mandatory tender offers covering more than 30 jurisdictions.

Meanwhile, Maximilien De Ridder will participate in a roundtable presented by the Taxes Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) at the IBA Annual Conference in November 2025 in Toronto, where he will represent Switzerland as National Reporter. The roundtable will bring together tax practitioners from multiple jurisdictions to discuss key international tax developments.
