IBA International Financial Law Conference 2025

Patrick Schleiffer will participate in a panel on evolving tender offer rules in Asia, Europe and the US at the 5th Asia-based International Financial Law Conference organized by the International Bar Association (IBA) in September 2025 in Seoul. The panel will discuss recent regulatory developments regarding tender offer rules across the various regions, especially in light of the proposed amendments to adopt mandatory tender offer rules in Korea.
