W@CompetitionCH Inhouse Counsel Roundtable: “Where do we draw the line?”

In a panel discussion organized by W@CompetitionCH, experienced inhouse counsels – Lenka Abelovska (Group Head of Competition Law, Holcim), Hanne Melin Olbe (Senior Director of Global Competition, eBay), and Mihaela Nistor (Head of Antitrust, Hitachi Energy) – will share their practical perspectives on the boundaries of permissible information exchange under competition law, in particular in the age of big data and AI, with the discussion moderated by Aylin Wich (Senior Counsel Antitrust, ABB) and Astrid Waser (Partner, Lenz & Staehelin). 

The panel discussion will be held in English and will be followed by networking drinks. The event is open for everyone.
