Rights of the Parties in Competition Proceedings

On 26 January 2024, the 16th conference on competition law of the Institute for Law and Economics IDé of the University of Fribourg will take place. The conference will focus on the competitive effects of the UBS/CS merger, the bonus regulation from a Swiss and international perspective and the effects of COMCO's interventions, particularly in the book and automotive markets as well as in submissions. Dr. Astrid Waser will speak on the bonus regulation and the rights of the parties in such proceedings.
