Tech Tour Digital Frontiers & Trust 2024

The Tech Tour Digital Frontiers & Trust 2024 – held on 29 and 30 October 2024 in Lausanne – saw Lenz & Staehelin host a panel discussion on the key challenges faced by start-ups. Led by experts Anja Affolter Marino, Ariel Ben Hattar and Sevan Antreasyan, the panel addressed topics such as establishing proper employment contracts for both employees and executives, ensuring company ownership of innovations (IP) and managing employees as shareholders when equity is part of their compensation.

On Day 2, Nathalie Vetsch-Cevallos shared her expertise in investment sweet spots and Ariel Ben Hattar moderated a session focused on next-generation software.

This Tech Tour event brought together over 40 selected companies and more than 40 seasoned investors, facilitating one-on-one meetings and strategic partnerships in the fields of cybersecurity, digital infrastructure and next-gen technologies.

Lenz & Staehelin was delighted to award Authena the prize for best Swiss start-up at the event’s closing ceremony.
