David Di Rosa is a senior associate at our Geneva office, where he is a member of the Corporate and M&A group. David advises clients on international and domestic transactions, focusing on complex M&A transactions (including private equity) and cross-border restructurings, as well as venture capital transactions (including financing rounds, convertible loans and incentive plans) and financings. Other areas of practice include corporate, commercial and contract law, as well as insolvency law.
