Emilie Aubert is a senior associate at our Lausanne office, where she is a member of the Private Clients and Tax groups. Emilie joined our firm as a associate in 2017, having previously completed her legal training here. She advises Swiss and international clients on all aspects of taxation relating to individuals and companies, with a particular focus on wealth planning, asset holding structures, cross-border transactions and corporate reorganisations. She also supports clients with complex holding structures, taking a holistic approach to the management and organisation of their assets, coordinating the various parties involved at an international level. Furthermore, she is regularly involved in international mobility projects, advising individuals on relocation to Switzerland or abroad, particularly with regard to tax matters and wealth structuring. Emilie holds the Swiss Federal Diploma in Taxation.
