Ivana Di Stefano Receptionist

Ivana Di Stefano is a receptionist at our Zurich office, having joined the firm in 2007. Her responsibilities have included taking care of the telephone switchboard, providing various services to lawyers and their secretariats, carrying out research and small projects on behalf of the office manager, and working on notary translations from Italian into German on behalf of a senior lawyer. Ivana has also created an inventory of the various works of art donated or bought by the office over the years. Although her role has evolved, she is still enthusiastic about being part of this interesting environment.

Ivana began her professional life in a commercial office in Switzerland as a clerk in charge of the export of St. Gallen embroidery, after gaining her teacher baccalaureate in Italy. While she was working, she obtained her commercial diploma. Four years later, Ivana won an Italian Consulate competition to be the executive clerk, spending ten years in the diplomatic world before moving on to new opportunities.
