Norman Walczak is a Counsel based at our Zurich office, where he is a member of the Banking and Finance, Capital Markets as well as Corporate and M&A practice groups. His practice focuses on domestic and international financing transactions. He advises borrowers and lenders in complex cross-border transactions, in particular on acquisition financings, syndicated financings, structured financings, growth financings, export financings, project financings, financial restructurings, private debt financings and securities transactions.
