AAE Holding buys-out Minority Shareholder GATX in AAE Cargo

Lenz & Staehelin acted as counsel to AAE Ahaus Alstätter Eisenbahn Holding AG, a leading freight railcar leasing company in Europe, in connection with its acquisition of the 37.48% minority interest of GATX Corporation in AAE Ahaus-Alstätter Eisenbahn Cargo AG (AAE Cargo). AAE Cargo is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of AAE Ahaus Alstätter Eisenbahn Holding AG.
