Acquisition of Conforama Suisse by a group of Swiss private investors

A group of Swiss private investors acquired Conforama Suisse SA, a leading furniture, electronics and home appliances retailer that operates 22 stores and employs more than 1,200 people across Switzerland. Lenz & Staehelin acted as Swiss counsel to Conforama Holding, the French parent company of the Conforama Group in this transaction.

The team was led jointly by partners David Ledermann (M&A) and Floran Ponce (Tax) and involved associates Clément Bouvier (M&A), Maximilien De Ridder (Tax) and Giulia Neri-Castracane (Real Estate), among others.
