Lenz & Staehelin advises Infracore on its IPO and listing on SIX

Lenz & Staehelin advised Infracore SA, a healthcare real estate company headquartered in Fribourg, Switzerland, that owns, develops and manages hospital and clinic properties under long-term leases, in its initial public offering and the listing of its shares on SIX Swiss Exchange.

The offering resulted in the placement of about 3.7 million newly issued shares and about 0.5 million existing shares offered by a subsidiary of Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (MPT), Infracore's largest shareholder, with an over-allotment option of up to 0.4 million additional shares. Excluding the over-allotment option, the offering resulted in the placement of about 27.5% of Infracore's share capital. The offering was made at a fixed price of CHF 54 per share, valuing the company at CHF 826 million. The shares were traded for the first time on SIX Swiss Exchange on Thursday, 9 July 2026.
