Acquisition of Nizell Medical GmbH

As recently announced, Promedical AG, that was acquired earlier this year by a group of investors led by SME Equity Partners and Co-Investor Partners and acting through its parent company, has acquired Nizell Medical GmbH in Lauerz, thereby further consolidating the Swiss medical consumables market and developing the group into a leading, integrated solution provider in the Swiss healthcare sector.
