Amalgamation of Métraux Services and Derendinger into the Swiss Automotive Group

Lenz & Staehelin advised Métraux Services SA as well as its majority shareholder, chairman and CEO Olivier Métraux, in connection with the combination of the businesses of the Derendinger and Métraux Services groups into the Swiss Automotive Group. The transaction involved a public cash offer of Swiss Automotive Group to the minority shareholders of Métraux Services SA, and the acquisition of a 19.5% stake by Mr. Olivier Métraux in the parent company of the Swiss Automotive Group.
