Antoine Hubert wins shareholder vote at the extraordinary shareholders meeting of Genolier

Lenz & Staehelin advised the Swiss entrepreneur Antoine Hubert during the latter's successful proxy and judicial fight against the management and certain shareholders of the Swiss listed company Genolier Swiss Medical Network SA, as a result of which Antoine Hubert was re-elected on the board of the company from which he had been excluded in June 2010.
