Argos Soditic acquires software vendor RSD

On 11 April 2016, the independent European Private Equity firm Argos Soditic announced the acquisition of Geneva-based software vendor RSD from its current shareholders Invision and Renaissance PME. RSD is the 13th company in the portfolio of Euroknights VI fund (EUR 400 million), which was raised by Argos Soditic in 2011.

Headquartered in Geneva, with offices in the US and in Asia, RSD develops and sells enterprise-grade software solutions for distributed output and report management. Through its main software suite EOS, the company’s solutions facilitate identification and management of virtually any output data stream and fully automate report and content archiving.
