Authorization of Avadis Vorsorge AG as asset manager of collective investment schemes

Lenz & Staehelin acted as counsel to Avadis Vosorge AG, a Swiss leading player and the most important independent actor in the administration of pension funds and foundations, in connection with its authorization by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) to act as asset manager of collective investment schemes (July 2014). It is intended that Avadis Vorsoge will act as asset manager of Avadis Vermögensbildung SICAV, other fund for traditional investments organized under Swiss law.
