Authorization of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Suisse) SA as asset manager of collective investment schemes

Lenz & Staehelin acted as counsel to Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Suisse) SA (previously known under La Compagnie Benjamin de Rothschild SA) in connection with its authorization by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) to act as asset manager of collective investment schemes (July 2014).
