Authorization of Manulife AM (Schweiz) GmbH, Zurich as new distributor of collective investment schemes

Lenz & Staehelin acted as legal advisor to Manulife AM (Schweiz) GmbH, Zurich in connection with its registration and authorization by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) to act as distributor of collective investment schemes in Switzerland.
