Avectris acquires ERPsourcing

On July 9, 2019, Avectris AG, a leading IT services provider, announced that it has acquired all shares in ERPsourcing AG from the selling shareholders for an undisclosed consideration. 

Lenz & Staehelin advises the selling shareholders. The team includes partner Tino Gaberthüel (lead, M&A) and associates Alexander Wille (M&A) and Nadja Flühler (technology) as well as trainee Rebecca Rötheli (M&A).
