Boss Info obtains CMTA certification

Lenz & Staehelin assisted Boss Info AG in securing the CMTA.Tokenized Shares certification for its shares.

The certification makes it possible for companies that have issued shares in the form of ledger securities pursuant to Articles 973d et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (colloquially referred to as "tokenized shares") that they have done so in compliance with the law and good industry practices.

The certification is given by the Capital Markets and Technology Association, a Geneva-based not-for-profit organization that establishes standards for the use of new technologies in capital markets.
