Central Real Estate to acquire Klybeck site and buildings from Novartis

On May 22, 2019, Novartis announced the sale of its Klybeck site and buildings to Central Real Estate. Central Real Estate has been established by Baloise and other Swiss investors. Back in 2016, Novartis, BASF and the Canton of Basel-Stadt joined forces to transform the Klybeck site from an industrial site into an urban district. Together with BASF and the Canton of Basel-Stadt, Central Real Estate Holding will continue this project.
