China Molybdenum Co., Ltd. to acquire IXM Group

On December 4, 2018 CMOC Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Molybdenum Co., Ltd. which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, agreed to acquire IXM B.V. (formerly known as Louis Dreyfus Company Metals B.V.) from New Silk Road Commodities Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NCCL Natural Resources Investment Fund L.P., for an aggregate consideration of USD 495 million plus the final net profits. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
