Dell sold its IT outsourcing arm to NTT Data

NTT Data, the services arm of Japan’s telecom and technology company NTT Group, agreed to acquire the IT outsourcing arm of privately held computing giant Dell Inc. for a consideration of USD 3.05 billion.
