EDC lead financing round in Relai closed

Relai AG, a Switzerland-based Bitcoin-only investment platform, announced the closing of a USD 4.5 million financing. The round was led by ego death capital, with further participation from Timechain, Cabrit Capital and Lightning Ventures, as well as other new and existing shareholders including Redalpine who led Relai's previous funding round. 
 
Lenz & Staehelin advised the lead investor ego death capital as its Swiss counsel. The team included Beat Kühni, Céline Stähelin and Stephanie Buschta (all Corporate/M&A).
