IBA sold to Migros

On May 28, 2010, the shareholders of Iloma Holding AG entered into a definitive agreement with Migros Beteiligungen AG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund, to sell all their shares of Iloma Holding to Migros. Iloma Holding is the parent company of IBA AG, a leading Swiss B2B office supplier. Closing is subject to certain conditions precedent and is expected to occur in July 2010.
