Insight Venture Partners completes minority investment in SonarSource SA

On November 21, 2016, Insight Venture Partners, a leading global private equity and venture capital firm based in New York, successfully completed a minority investment in SonarSource SA for EUR 41,625,000.

SonarSource SA, a stock corporation with registered offices in Le-Grand-Saconnex, Geneva, is a leader in code quality management. SonarSource SA provides an enterprise-level solution to more than 700 customers world-wide and its open-source application has been adopted by more than 80,000 companies worldwide. Lenz & Staehelin advised Insight Venture Partners as local Swiss counsel in this transaction.
