Joint Ventures among Swiss Post and NZZ / Tamedia

Lenz & Staehelin advises Swiss Post in its joint ventures with the leading media groups NZZ-Group and Tamedia regarding early newspaper delivery in Switzerland and the search-and-find internet website “search.ch”.
