Lenz & Staehelin advised CRH on the acquisition of Gétaz Romang

Lenz & Staehelin advised CRH on the acquisition of a significant shareholding in Gétaz Romang Holding SA and subsequent public takeover offer for the remaining shares of the company. In the deal, Gétaz Romang Holding AG was valued at about CHF 540 million.

The transaction was announced on 5 March 2007.

The legal team of Lenz & Staehelin was led by Jacques Iffland and Hans-Jakob Diem and included Nadia Gilliard and Stephan Erni.
