Lenz & Staehelin represents the Mediclinic Group in connection with the refinancing of an existing CHF 2.5 billion debt financing

Lenz & Staehelin is advising the Mediclinic Group in connection with the refinancing of the existing CHF 2.5 billion debt financing of Mediclinic's hospital group in Switzerland (Klinik Hirslanden hospitals). The refinancing package includes equity transactions and a combination of new debt facilities.
