Outsourcing of Back Office and Administration and new CBS by Deutsche Bank

Lenz & Staehelin advises Deutsche Bank in its outsourcing of back office and administration and related services to B-Source and the subsequent migration to the Avaloq core banking platform.

Further transactions include licensing and international implementation, including joint venture for operation of Core Banking System (CBS) and application management for Singapore and Hong Kong.

The team is led by Lukas Morscher and includes Christian Meisser and Nicolas Jacquemart (both TMT Outsourcing).
