Rabobank acquired stake in Rothschilds Continuation Holdings AG

Rabobank, a large international financial services provider, acquired from the Rothschild Group a 7.5% stake in Rothschilds Continuation Holdings AG, one of the major intermediate holding companies within the Rothschild Group and the parent company of N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd, Rothschild Bank AG and Rothschild Bank International Ltd.
