Rhodia sold its industrial yarns and technical fibres business to private equity fund Butler Capital Partners for an undisclosed price.
Rhodia was advised by Freshfields as lead counsel and Lenz & Staehelin who acted as Swiss counsel. Lenz & Staehelin's team comprised François Rayroux and Stefan Eberhard.
