Sale of TAG Aviation FBO to the Signature Aviation group

On July 31, 2020, the sale of TAG Aviation FBO, a Geneva based company providing on ground services to the private aviation market, to listed Signature Aviation group closed. The acquisition of TAG Aviation FBO, with its two fixed base operator locations at the Geneva and Sion airports, represents first foray of Signature Aviation, listed on the London Stock Exchange, into the Swiss private aviation market.
