Steiner Group sells its French activities

Karl Steiner AG, the Swiss total services contractor, announced on 16 November 2009 that it had sold the bulk of its activities in France, which were regrouped under the company Karl Steiner France.

Lenz & Staehelin advised Karl Steiner AG in this transaction. The team was led by Jacques Iffland and Matthias Wolf, and included Hélène Weidmann, Benjamin Fehr and Christel Johnsson.
