Swiss Automotive Group AG acquires a stake in Autonet group

On 9 December 2015, Swiss Automotive Group AG (SAG), one of the largest suppliers of spare car parts in Europe, entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of a stake in Autonet, a group mainly active in Romania and Hungary.
