Swiss Prime Site sells the Tertianum Group to Capvis

On December 13, 2019, Swiss Prime Site announced that Capvis, a leading Swiss investment firm, has agreed to purchase the Tertianum Group from Swiss Prime Site. The purchase agreement encompasses the operation of over 80 residential and care centers as well as residences distributed throughout Switzerland.
