Swissquote Bank aquires 100% of the forex broker MIG Bank
Lenz & Staehelin advised Swissquote Bank for the acquisition of 100 percent of the forex broker MIG Bank, which was completed on 25 September 2013, creating one of the world's largest forex service providers.
The team was led by Jacques Iffland and included Marie Flegbo-Berney and Hélène Weidmann.
