Tracker buys stake in Cobra Service Network

On June 30, 2010, Tracker Investment Holdings (Pty) Limited (a South African company) subscribed 7’525’000 newly issued shares of Cobra Service Network SA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Italian listed company Cobra Automotive Technologies SpA, for an aggregate subscription price of CHF 24’385’080. As a result, Tracker now owns 20% of the shares of Cobra Service Network SA. Both Tracker and Cobra are active in the field of security for the automotive industry.
