Victory in post-M&A arbitration

Lenz & Staehelin successfully defended a leading Swiss industrial company in a post M&A dispute regarding alleged breaches of representations and warranties. The case arose from the sale of a foreign subsidiary. In the final award, claimant's claims were fully dismissed and our client was awarded compensation of all costs.
