Vontobel Group completes acquisition of Commerzbank (Schweiz) AG from Commerzbank

On October 2, 2009 Vontobel Group announced the successful completion of the acquisition of Commerzbank (Schweiz) AG from Commerzbank for an undisclosed purchase price.

Lenz & Staehelin advised Commerzbank as its Swiss counsel in this transaction. The team was led by Beat Kühni and included Liv Droz, Dominik Kaczmarczyk and Raphael Butz.
