Eleni Christou is Counsel in our Geneva office and a member of the Banking and Finance group. She began her career in London at a Magic Circle law firm and subsequently  worked  in the General Counsel's Office of leading investment banks in London and in Tokyo. There, she focused on capital markets transactions, including derivatives trades, asset-backed securities, repackagings and various structured products. In addition to her banking and finance work, Eleni regularly advises individuals, family offices and trustees on all aspects of wealth planning, corporate governance and corporate (re)structuring both domestically and internationally. She is recognized by The Legal 500, listed as a Notable Practitioner in IFLR1000 and included in the Private Client Global Elite Directory.
