Eleni Christou Counsel

Eleni Christou is a counsel at our Geneva office, where she is a member of the Banking and Finance, and Investigations groups. Previously, she worked for another law firm and the General Counsel's Office of major investment banks in London and in Tokyo. There, she specialised in capital markets transactions, including derivatives trades, asset-backed securities, repackagings and various structured products. Alongside her banking and finance work, Eleni also regularly advises individuals, family offices and trustees on all aspects of wealth planning, corporate governance and corporate (re)structuring in both international and domestic contexts.
