Our Public Sector team has experience in contentious and non-contentious matters of public and administrative law. We actively monitor and follow new judicial developments, whether in investment protection or other new regulatory fields.
We support our clients in all areas of the public sector, such as defence, life science, media, telecommunication and export control. We have years of experience in advising on public tender proceedings and potential follow up litigation before cantonal and federal authorities and courts. Furthermore, we regularly advise clients facing investigation by the Swiss Price Surveillance Office (PSO).
