Armstrong sells Phonex-Gema AG

Armstrong Metalldecken AG, a subsidiary of Armstrong World Industries Inc., sold its subsidiary Phonex-Gema AG, a leading Swiss service specialist for ceiling systems, to its management for an undisclosed purchase price.
