Authorization of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Suisse) SA to act as representative and manager of foreign collective investment schemes

Lenz & Staehelin acted as legal advisor in relation to the update of the registration of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Suisse) SA (EdRAM), boosting the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority's (FINMA) authorization from an asset manager to the one of a representative and manager of foreign collective investment schemes.

Lenz & Staehelin further assisted the Edmond de Rothschild Group with the transfer of all its funds from Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse) SA to EdRAM, including all relevant requests and filing with FINMA.
