AZ Medien and NZZ-Mediengruppe set up Joint Venture for Regional Media Business

AZ Medien and NZZ-Mediengruppe combine their regional media businesses in a jointly controlled entity with equal shareholdings. The transaction requires approval of the Swiss Competition Commission.
