City of Zurich appeals decision of ElCom

Lenz & Staehelin advises the City of Zurich (ewz) in its appeal against the decision of the Swiss Federal Electricity Commission (ElCom). The ElCom had reduced the value of the grid of ewz by ca. CHF 295 million.
