Coesia S.p.A. acquires Rotzinger and Transver businesses

Coesia S.p.A., a privately owned group of companies with more than € 2 billion of turnover specializing in highly innovative industrial and packaging solutions, operating globally with its headquarters in Bologna, Italy, successfully closed the acquisition of essentially all business activities, intellectual property and assets of Rotzinger and Transver, two entities of the Rotzinger Group, an industrial group headquartered in the canton of Aargau.

This transaction marks an important milestone for Coesia which is a leader in advanced automatic machinery, industrial process solutions, and highly performance transmissions as it expands through the acquired businesses its capacities and positioning in the Food & Confectionery market.
