Ford Credit challenges price-fixing allegations before Swiss Federal Supreme Court

The Swiss Federal Administrative Court has confirmed a decision by the Swiss Competition Commission against Ford Credit in connection with alleged price-fixing agreements among car-leasing companies related to leasing conditions. Ford Credit has appealed this ruling to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
